Privacy policy

A small information site with nothing to sell, no accounts to hold and no form to fill in. The only thing that reaches us is what you choose to send.

1. Messages

An email to [email protected] is kept while it is being answered and for a reasonable period after, in case the thread continues. Your address is used to reply and for nothing else.

2. Server logs

The web host keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser string. They exist for security and fault-finding, are not linked to a name, and expire on the host's own schedule.

3. Cookies

This site sets none. There is no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracker. The typefaces are requested from Google's font service, which sees that request the way any file request is seen.

4. When you leave

An order button hands you to the seller's checkout, where their privacy policy takes over. Anything you type there — name, address, card — is theirs to handle and never passes through this site.

5. Sharing

Nothing is sold, rented or passed on, except where the law requires it. There is no mailing list to be added to.

6. Your rights

Write to [email protected] to ask what is held, to correct it or to have it deleted. The answer is usually one email thread, which makes the request quick to settle.

7. Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. Nothing is knowingly collected from children.

8. Updates

A revised policy appears on this page with the date below updated.
